When designing a piece for direct mail there are certain areas within the mailing panel that need to be kept clear of any text and images. This will help minimize your postage and avoid delays in processing your mailing project. The downloads below can be used directly in your layout file for reference. Simply right click and the PDF or JPEG link and save the file to your desktop. Then place it in the bottom right corner of your layout and start designing. Be sure to keep any design elements off the clear zones.
